For one of our clients, a leading Biotech based in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Automation SME (PCS7).

What you will do:

As Senior Automation SME, you will ensure good engineering practices and design to ensure BioManufacturing Plant project meets our client's expectations and strategy for all assigned packages.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. You will implement tactical strategies in a lean and efficient way.
2. You track and report the progress up to the model strategy implementation.
3. You ensure good engineering practices for automation
4. You ensure timely deliverables and expected quality of deliverables according to the allocated budget
   
5. You partner closely with Automation Integrator company and manage consultant engineers tems and sub-contractors to implement tactical automation strategy
6. You align design expectations with the other project disciplines : process, automation, Quality Assurance, Cleaning &Validation,
7. You align and translate process strategies (production, cleaning, sterilization) between process equipment and automation systems
8. During plant operation, you provide guidance and assistance in term of automation and troubleshooting
9. You anticipate, manage and report risks from Detail Design till validation batches

What is needed for this role:

Education:

• Master Degree in Automation or Engineering Field

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 years‘ experience in Engineering projects in Good manufacturing practices environment / Bio-Process or Automation
• Strong experience with DCS systems and especially on PCS7
• Proven involvement in significant major engineering projects, including risk/mitigation management
• Good level of French and English
• Strong knowledge of cGMP
• Strong knowledge in design, execution and Cleaning &Validation
• High communication skills (influence, negotiation, change management, facilitation
• Ready to travel a limited period of time
