Your Mission 🚀

As a key player in the Investment Strategy & Early Design Department, you will:
✔ Conduct feasibility studies for critical infrastructure projects in biotech, pharma, utilities, and site development.
✔ Collaborate with Site Managers, Facility Management, and Leadership Teams to define investment priorities.
✔ Deliver high-impact strategic scenarios, including user requirements, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
✔ Drive sustainable solutions to optimize costs, ensure safety, and meet ambitious 2030 environmental targets (carbon neutrality, 20% water reduction).

What You Bring to the Table 🎯

🔹 Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
🔹 10+ years of experience in capital project management in construction, life sciences, or infrastructure.
🔹 Proven track record in delivering 5+ large-scale projects (up to €15M budget).
🔹 Strong expertise in CAPEX planning, site masterplans, cGMP, HSE, and sustainability standards.
🔹 Ability to translate business needs into actionable investment plans.
